I can not praise Rash and the service we received at Vicarage Car Sales ltd. They went above and beyond to help us after we were let down by our finance company. We were about to call it a day and go home empty handed, when Rash offered to see if he could get us a better deal. 20 minutes later it was all sorted, my partner got the van he wanted and at a much better price than he was previously quoted. No pushy sales just a top guy and excellent customer service.

Purchased a Vauxhall Movano van from these guys and found them to be honest and straight, i noticed that the fuel gage was not working correctly a week or so after acquiring the van so contacted the warranty company as the van came with three month warranty, once I had spoken to them they advised the nearest garage that accepted warranty work i took it in and the repair was completed once approved by the warranty company.
Would not hesitate to purchase from Rash at Vicarage car sales again.

Customer service is 5*, no pushiness at all! The chap was there to answer any questions but let us look round at our leisure (he also came in on a Sunday for us). We put down a deposit but after some consideration we realised it wasn't the van for us. I requested the deposit back and within 5 minutes the money was back in our account. Would definitely use Vicarage Car Sales in the future if they get something in that would better suit our needs. One happy customer!!!

Can't rate the lads highly enough! I found the specific van I wanted online and it warranted a trip from Teesside on the train. After a speedy pickup from the station I really didn't need to do an in depth inspection of the vehicle as it was immaculately prepared for it's age. All paperwork dealt with quickly and efficiently plus some pleasant chat. Happy days! On my way home the vehicle completed it's 165mile test drive without fault. To say I'm more than happy is an understatement. Top work lads and much continued success in the future!....

The guys have sorted even my payment at my bank what was so helpful otherwise I will have to come again . Also got me road tax what I have forgotten about. The van I bought was cleaned and refreshed. Even service was done just before I came to pick up. The service they do is ; fast. No time wasting.

Visited on 18th Sept after abphone call to check on the vehicle I was interested in was still for sale , the guys answered all my questions , when we arrived we were promptly given the keys and were allowed to spend time looking around the car (Volvo V70) . At no time were we rushed , when I asked if I could have a test drive They arranged trade plates straight away and we happy for my partner and I to have a decent drive
When we got back they showed us all the paperwork on the car
A decent offer was given ( with a little haggle) on my old discovery , all sales paperwork was done including taxing the car for us to drive away

Nice friendly service and helpful staff. Both Rash and Omar helped me out with purchasing a Hyundai iload from them. Rash even helped measure the load length for me on a video viewing so I had confidence my kayaks would fit in the back. Probably sounded like a strange request but it helped me decide that this was the right van for me.
I was a nervous first time buyer from an entirely online or over the phone process and Omar did his best to reassure me along the way sending me whatever written confirmation I needed on things like delivery.
All went very smoothly on the day of delivery.
There was an issue with the battery draining the next day but again Omar worked with me on this and ensured the issue was resolved swiftly and locally. With any costs quickly sorted for me.
Really pleased with the van and look forward to many kayaking trips away in it when we are out of Lockdown.

I purchased a van from here and was sorted out by Rashad. I cant compliment the guy enough he was so polite and professional and was pleasant the whole way through the sale. After noticing there was an issue with the windscreen he had that replaced the van serviced and Mot'ed as standard. The van came with a 3 mounth warranty which is proper and comes with a list of things that is covered. Cmvery happy with the service I was given and will definitely be returning if I need another van. Great works guys!!!!
